"We were out of town when we had a blow out on the highway in construction and had to drive a mile on it, called Gilbert’s and they were quick! JC was amazing! So kind and considerate, my mother in law is disabled and he helped her get into and out of the wrecker when we were towed to the only open tire shop on a Sunday! His wife was also so sweet! We couldn’t have been helped by a couple more nice than these two. If you need service in the Gainesville area don’t hesitate to call them, definitely worth the 5 starts"

"My wife had a tire blow out on I35 between Winstar and Dallas. I called Triple AAA which routed the call to Gilbert Wrecking. We weren't getting any updates on service arrival from AAA so I called them directly. Within 30 minutes they were at the vehicle and worked until they removed the flat and put the donut on the car. They were there in a pinch when it counted for my wife."
