"Called AAA to get a tow and they selected this company; realized that no one had been dispatched yet by the estimated time I was given so I called and spoke to a very kind woman (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name), letting her know that we were waiting on their technician to tow us back to town. She instantly contacted her technician (Russel) and he made his way to us. After safely hooking up and transporting our MB to the automotive repair shop in Gainesville, he made sure we had a safe way of getting home. Thank you to the Gilbert Wrecker Service for your great service and care!"

"I would reccomend Gilbert Wrecker service to any trucking company within 200 miles of Gainesville, TX. From the extremley freindly front desk ladies to the crew that helped transload our product onto a new reefer so we could service our customer. I would give 10 stars if that was possible.
