"We had a blowout with a super heavy load on our gooseneck. They sent us out a super friendly driver and he got us fixed up, stayed for our safety checks and led us back on the road safely. "As a female truck driver, there us still some "old boy" mentality. The driver for Gilbert was professional. Even though he tried everything I had tried, I understood. Never hurts to be sure. He was gentle with my truck. Pulled her out of the mud in just a few minutes. He even waited to make sure I could complete a turn around and not get stuck again. I live in the country on a narrow dirt road."
