"I'm a AAA member, my car broke down about a month ago, I called AAA for a tow, I had them tow my car to my home because it was a Sunday and being a performance car I knew I'd have to order the needed parts. Fast forward a month parts in hand, I needed another tow to the performance shop that does all the work on my car, I contacted AAA again for a tow. They scheduled Gilbert Wrecker service to haul my car the 35 mile trip. The driver showed up as scheduled on time. He had another car he was also hauling and explained to me that he'd put my car on the truck and dolly the other car behind the truck which I was very happy about. Then he said he was going to drop off the towed car first then take my car to the shop I requested, I was not happy about that as like most people I wanted my car delivered ASAP and I told the driver I'd be following him to the destination. He agreed and that's exactly how it went. He was very professional and double checked all the straps to ensure a safe tow and the vehicles were safe. I was very happy with the entire process and would not hesitate to use Gilbert's Towing again if I need a tow. I didn't get the drivers name but a huge thank you to him and his assistant. I really appreciate the job and respect you showed for my car."
