"Had a blowout w dually and 4 horse trailer and 3 kids .. stuck on 35 N..(truck tire ) blew and they came and changed it .. good Sam quoted 1.5 hours .. these guys were here in 20! Awesome service !!!!!"

"AAA gave me an estimate of an hour and fifteen minutes and they dispatched a flatbed within 30._My driver Jackie, was professional and not only picked up the vehicle promptly and safely, but maneuvered the release at the destination like a true pro._I'm saying this because the destination in Ft. Worth had a narrow driveway, a gate, a ditch on both sides that was more like a moat, and a tree all in close proximity._He pulled it off without a hitch (pardon the pun)._I heartily recommend this company and would strongly suggest to any of its detractors that they realize that a tow service IS a business and not a charity and they too could plan ahead and avail themselves to such precautionary services as AAA._AAA demands high standards._If AAA is using them, they meet those standards, and I saw for myself that this company meets those standards and they hire experienced professionals like Jackie._I highly recommend Gilbert Wrecker Service."

"Herbert, with Gilbert Wrecker Svcs., was called (via AAA) to help me get my Tahoe out of a steep, muddy ditch. We were on a very small FM road outside of Sanger & couldn't even give an exact address because it was in the country. It had been storming all day & we had been storm chasing in OK (yes, we are licensed). Herbert was able to find us within 30-40 mins. It took him another few minutes to figure out how to best get us out without damaging the truck. Did I mention how steep/deep the ditch was? But Herbert got us out with no problems. He was so nice & helped brighten our spirits & had us laughing. I would highly recommend Gilbert Wrecker Service to anyone! I have attached a picture showing how far down the ditch we were. It was taken by a passenger standing on the road."
